Caudium 服务器fhttpd 服务器
要将 PHP 作为 fhttpd 的模块来编译，在提示“Build as an fhttpd module?”时，回答“yes”（用 --with-fhttpd=DIR 来配置）并且指定 fhttpd 源代码的基本目录。默认的目录是 /usr/local/src/fhttpd。如果正在使用 fhttpd 服务器，将 PHP 编译成模块方式将提供更好的性能，更多的可控性以及远程执行能力。
Note: PHP 4.3.0 以后的版本已经不再提供对 fhttpd 的支持。
